pre-K - 12 Application Process

Step 1

The first step in applying is to fill out our online application. Start by creating an account. Please be sure to use both upper and lower case letters as appropriate. How you set up your parent account and student applications will determine how your records are printed. 

Step 2

Once you are logged into your account, create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. The non-refundable Application Fee is paid online to submit the application.

Step 3

Gather supplemental application forms required to complete your application. A list of required forms is on the Application Checklist you will see in your online New Student Application. YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE SUBMITTED. It is the parent's responsibility to provide all paperwork, not your current school. We will request an official records request only after the student has been interviewed and accepted.

Submit ALL supplemental application forms to the Admissions Office. Forms can be dropped off at the school office, or scanned and emailed to You will be able to log on to the checklist on your application to see which forms have been received. Again, student applications are not considered complete and you will not be in line for a spot until ALL required paperwork has been received by the Admissions Office.

Family screenings will be scheduled by MJCA Administration. Acceptance notifications are sent via email. Parents must confirm with $450 acceptance fee and submit payment Remittance Plan.

NOTE: Parents, please do NOT withdraw your student from their current school until they have been interviewed AND you have received an acceptance notification from MJCA. Otherwise, your student will be considered truant from their current school.

Applying for Pre-k details

We are now accepting NEW applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Please contact the Admissions Office for any questions you may have.

Age Requirements:

Pre-K2: Age 2 on or before August 15
Pre-K3: Age 3 on or before August 15
Pre-K4: Age 4 on or before August 15

Part-time Pre-K 4 classes will meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Pre-K 3 will meet Tuesday & Thursday both from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Full-time Pre-K classes meet Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
