Welcome Bob Sladek

We are pleased to welcome Bob Sladek as our new Upper School Principal, effective June 1, 2023. Mr. Sladek is a seasoned pastoral and visionary leader that has been in school leadership for over twenty years and ministry for over thirty years. He has a life-long calling to impact the lives of students, with true experience being a principal, head of school, ACSI commissioner, and academic leader. Mr. Sladek’s leadership abilities, mind for building and planning, love for students, and most importantly, his love for Jesus, are just a few strong qualities that he possesses. 

He holds a B.A. in religion from Vanguard University, an M.A. in school administration from Oral Roberts University, and has almost completed his doctorate in educational leadership from Lipscomb University. Most recently, Mr. Sladek was a principal in Mission Viejo, California from 2014-2022 prior to moving to Gallatin, Tennesee, where he currently resides with his wife of 30 years. 

Mr. Sladek is excited to have a lasting impact at MJCA for many years to come and to join the family at First Baptist Mt. Juliet and Mt. Juliet Christian Academy. Please join us in welcoming him to the MJCA Saints Family!
