How to Reenroll a Current Student

Parents, please read the following information before starting reenrollment. Instructions on how to reenroll are at the bottom of this page.

Before Reenrolling

Parents & students must review the 2018-19 Parent/Student Handbook before completing the reenrollment packet. A digital signature is required within the reenrollment packet stating that you have reviewed the handbook and agree to adhere to the policies.

Reenrollment Deadlines

Please take note of the following reenrollment deadlines:

Upcoming Pre-K4 & Kindergarten:  Reenrollment deadline Wednesday, February 28, 2018

Upcoming 1st - 12th Grades: Reenrollment deadline Saturday, March 31, 2018

 

Upcoming Kindergarten and 7th Grade Students

Students entering Kindergarten or 7th grade must provide an updated immunization record on the TN school form. See your medical provider for the updated form. Please be sure your medical provider has checked the appropriate box in Section 3 of the form before turning it in to the school clinic. Updated immunization forms are due no later than July 31, 2018. Your Kindergarten or 7th grade student will not be permitted to begin classes until this completed form is received in the school clinic.

Medical Forms

Students with chronic medical conditions (food allergies, asthma, diabetes, etc.) are required to have an Individual Health Plan on file with the school clinic. A new IHP must be completed for each school year. These forms should be completed and signed by your medical provider, then turned in to the school clinic no later than July 31, 2018.
